The AI Assistant is part of ABOSS Mobile Plus. It allows you to ask questions and get answers based on your own ABOSS data, using a conversational interface that feels natural and easy to use.

The AI Assistant is designed to support you in your daily workflow, giving you quick insight into your schedule, activity, and context while you are on the road.

1. What the AI Assistant Is

The AI Assistant is a conversational feature inside the ABOSS Artist App.

You interact with it by typing questions in plain text, similar to a chat. The assistant responds using information from your own ABOSS environment, such as calendar data and, if enabled, financial information.

2. What You Can Do with the AI Assistant

You can ask the AI Assistant questions about your upcoming shows, events, and related activity.

In addition to typing your own questions, the app also shows suggested prompts that you can tap to quickly start a conversation.

Depending on your subscription mode, the AI Assistant operates in different levels of capability, such as Regular, Gold, or Master mode. These modes determine how advanced the assistant’s responses can be. Details about the available modes are shown in the app.

The AI Assistant is intended to feel calm, supportive, and practical, helping you get answers quickly without needing to search through data manually.

3. Data, Context, and Settings

The AI Assistant uses the data available in your ABOSS environment as its context.

This includes all projects that are currently selected. All selected projects are used when the AI Assistant answers your questions, and the number of active projects is visible in the AI Assistant settings.

You can also control whether the AI Assistant is allowed to include financial information in its responses. This setting is available via the button in the bottom left corner of the main screen, next to “How can I help”.

When financial information is enabled, the AI Assistant can include deal related data in its answers. When it is disabled, responses are based on non financial data only.
