1. Changing User Permissions
Go to Settings in the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
Select User Management.
Click on the lock icon next to the user whose permissions you wish to change.
In the pop-up, choose the appropriate permission level:
None: User cannot see this module in ABOSS.
View: User can view the module and its information but cannot edit anything.
Manage: User can view and edit the module but cannot delete any items.
Administrate: User can view, edit, and delete items in the module.
2. Linking Permissions to Availability
When setting permissions, you can limit a user’s event visibility based on their role.
If a user is linked to an event (e.g., as an artist or crew), they can see that event.
Events not linked to the user are hidden from their view.
3. Finalizing Permissions
Once all permissions are set, click Done at the bottom of the page to save and exit.
4. Removing a User from ABOSS
To remove a user, click on the prohibited icon next to their name.
After removal, the user can no longer log in to your Artist PRO account.
5. Granting Access to a Previously Removed User
If you want to reconnect a user who previously used ABOSS:
Go to the Contacts module.
Invite the user again. They can log in with their previous password.
This article describes in detail how to add a user.
