How to Add an Event via the Calendar in Artist PRO

In Artist PRO, you can easily add events to your calendar, keeping your schedule organized and accessible. Follow the steps below to add an event to your calendar.

1. Accessing the Calendar

To add an event, first, navigate to the Calendar module:

  1. Log in to your Artist PRO account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click on Calendar. This opens the main calendar view, showing your scheduled activities.

2. Adding an Event

To add an event to a specific day:

  1. Click on the day you’d like to add the event to.

2.1. Setting Event Details

  1. Enter a Title: Provide a descriptive title for the event.

  2. Set the Time: If the event is scheduled for a specific time, deselect the TBA checkbox to enter the start and end times.

  3. Add a Description (Optional): Include any additional notes or details relevant to the event.

2.2. Adding a Location

  1. In the Location field, you can link a specific location to the event by selecting from your existing locations.

  2. If needed, add a new location directly from the popup by clicking the + icon.

2.3. Saving the Event

Once all event details are complete, click Save Event to add the event to your calendar.
