4.3. Using the ‘In the Night’ Feature

For shows occurring past midnight, use the In the Night option to keep events in the correct order.

5. Labels

In ABOSS, labels help you categorize different activities on your calendar, making it easy to organize and filter specific event types. You can create as many labels as needed for all types of activities. Here are some examples:

  • Promos

  • Interviews

  • Studio Projects

  • Releases

  • Private Activities

You can also set permissions based on labels. For example:

  • A press agent can manage press events but only view shows and release dates.

  • A tour manager can view all shows and manage advancing and travel arrangements.

Adding labels to your calendar makes it easier to assign responsibilities and ensure each team member has the appropriate access level.

6. Availability

You can invite contacts to events and check their availability. In the Availability section of an event, use the chain icon to link contacts as Artist, Crew, or Other.

7. Overview

The Overview provides a table view of all events, including related information. You can select columns for different views, such as financial details or artist/crew availability, and save these as templates.

You can select different columns for your overview. You can create a financial view and for example one for the availabilities of the artist/crew. Selections can be saved as templates for easy switching between views.

You can filter the event selection by date, status and search on specific information for each event.
