Setlist Templates

Reorder, save, and reuse your event setlists

Written by Geertje

You can now save a setlist as a template and reuse it for other events within the same project. This article explains how manual reordering works, how to save a setlist as a template, how to apply one, and how to manage your templates from Settings.

1. Manually reordering setlist items

You can reorder songs in the setlist manually, the same way you can reorder items in the time schedule.

To reorder a song in the setlist:

  1. Click and hold the three dots in front of the song.

  2. Drag the song to the position you want.

  3. Release to drop it in place.

The song stays where you drop it, and the rest of the setlist keeps its existing order.

2. Saving a setlist as a template

Once you have built a setlist the way you want it, you can save it as a template so you do not have to recreate it for every event.

  1. Go to the event and open Advancing.

  2. Add the songs to the setlist by entering the song title and time and adding them.

  3. Enter the name of the template in the Save this setlist as a template section.

  4. Click Save to confirm.

3. Applying a template to an event

You can apply a saved template to quickly fill in a setlist.

  1. Open the event and go to Advancing.

  2. Click Choose a template.

  3. Select a template from the templates linked to this project.

  4. Click Apply to confirm.

4. Managing templates in Settings

All saved templates for this project can be found and managed centrally, including which template is applied automatically to new events.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click Setlist Templates.

  3. Click the template name to open it.

  4. Change the name if needed.

  5. Add, remove, or reorder songs using the same three dot drag method as in Advancing.

  6. Mark the template as default for this project, if you want it applied automatically to new events.

To delete a template, click the trash can icon at the end of the template row in Settings > Setlist Templates. Deleting a template does not affect events that already used it.
