If you regularly build the same kind of time schedule for your events, you can now save it as a template and reuse it across projects, or even agency wide. This article explains how manual reordering works, how to save a schedule as a template, how to apply one, and how to manage your templates from Settings.

1. Manually reordering time schedule items
Previously, items in a time schedule were automatically sorted by time, earliest first. You can now reorder items manually instead.
New items are still added at the end of the list when you enter them, and the schedule keeps that entry order rather than resorting by time automatically. This means that if you add an item later that should logically sit in the middle of the schedule, you may need to move it there yourself.
To reorder an item in the time schedule:
Click and hold the three dots in front of the item.
Drag the item to the position you want.
Release to drop it in place.
The item stays where you drop it, and the rest of the schedule keeps its existing order.
2. Saving a time schedule as a template
Once you have built a time schedule the way you want it, you can save it as a template so you do not have to recreate it for every event.
Enter a name for the template.
Choose whether to save it for this project only or agency wide.
Click Save the schedule as a template to confirm.
A template saved for this project is only available within that project. A template saved agency wide is available across all projects.
3. Applying a template to an event
Click Choose a template.
Select a template from the agency wide list or from the templates linked to this project.
Click Apply to confirm.
4. Managing templates in Settings
All saved templates can be found and managed centrally, including which template is applied automatically to new events.
Go to Settings.
Click Time Schedule Templates.
Select a template to open it.
Change the name if needed.
Add, remove, or reorder items using the same three dot drag method as in Advancing.
Mark the template as the default, if you want it applied automatically to new events for that project. This only happens when the time schedule for the new event is still empty.
Click the green Save template settings button to save your changes.
To delete a template, click the trash can icon at the end of the template row in Settings > Setlist Templates. Deleting a template does not affect events that already used it.
