Sometimes, shows may not appear in your Overview. This guide will walk you through the necessary settings to help you find them. In most cases, the issue lies within your settings. If these steps don’t resolve the problem, feel free to contact us via Support Chat.

1. Permissions Are Not Set

Permissions can only be set for the selected project. To select the right project:

  1. Click on All Projects at the top left.

  2. Select the desired project.

Once the project is selected:

  1. Click on the Settings Icon at the bottom left.

  2. Go to Settings and then to User Management.

  3. Choose the user whose permissions you want to change.

  4. Click on the lock sign to change permissions.

  5. Click on the X in the top right to close the permissions. They will be automatically saved.

For more on permissions for Artist PRO users, check out this article.

2. Shared Events Are Not Shared

If you’re looking for events shared by another Agency or Artist PRO, check that the other party has their sharing settings configured correctly. Ensure they are actively sharing data with you.

3. Dashboard Settings Are Off

a. All Projects

In the top left of ABOSS, you’ll find All Projects. If it's set to “All Projects,” the system shows all projects you have permissions for. If it’s set to a single project (e.g., "Work in Progress"), only the shows from that project are displayed. To view all projects or select another artist, click the arrow to choose.

If the project you are looking for doesn’t appear at all, check with your team member—there may be an issue with your permissions.

b. Dashboard Settings

Below are the dashboard settings, explained from left to right:

  • Dates Are Incorrect: Ensure that the correct dates are selected.

  • Status Is Clicked Off: If an event is missing, make sure all statuses are clicked on. Sometimes, travel items or other statuses may be toggled off by mistake.

  • Shared Events Button Is Off: To see events shared by other agencies or artists, ensure the Shared Events button is switched ON. This will display all shared events.

  • Search Filter Is Not Set Correctly: Check if any search filters are preventing you from finding the right events.

  • Select Project Doesn’t Include All Projects: If working from All Projects, check that the project(s) you are searching for are selected.

  • Incorrect Columns: If you need to see specific information, like Ticket Sales or WHT, make sure the appropriate columns are selected.
