ABOSS keeps track of your emails that are sent through the system. How does it work?

ABOSS Mailbox: Managing Sent Emails

The ABOSS Mailbox feature tracks all emails sent through the system. This includes sent invoices, external requests, itineraries, and guest lists, keeping all communication in one convenient location.

1. Mail Overview

On the left side of ABOSS, you can see a list of all sent emails.

Note: If the mailbox icon is missing in the menu on the left, check if your view is set to All Projects (selectable at the top) or ensure you have the correct permissions.

2. Viewing Sent Emails

In the mailbox, you can view emails sent by your team members. Each email item displays the date it was sent.

Click on any sent email to open it. You’ll see:

  • All recipients

  • The sender

  • Attached files

The body text of the email appears below the title and recipients.

3. Searching for Emails

Use the search bar to locate emails by for example invoice numbers, email addresses, project names, and more.
