Using the Time Schedule Function
The Time Schedule function in ABOSS helps the artist and crew know exactly when they need to arrive at the venue, do the soundcheck, and have their meals. This guide will show you how to effectively set up and manage the Time Schedule.
Setting Up the Time Schedule
Open the Advancing Tab:

Managing the Schedule Order
Reordering:
By default, items are sorted by time (13:00, 14:00, etc.), but you can manually reorder them by clicking the three dots next to any item and dragging it to the position you want.
Reflecting on the Itinerary:
You can also apply time schedule templates to quickly build a recurring schedule — ideal if you run the same type of event regularly.
Additional Tips
Time Format:
When entering a time, use the 24-hour format with four digits. For example:
1 AM should be entered as 01:00.
8 PM should be entered as 20:00.
Day Start Time:
In Advancing Time Schedule, a new day starts at 06:00. All hours before this are considered part of the previous day. This helps manage events that start in the evening or late at night. For example:
22:00 - 23:00 Soundcheck
00:30 - 02:30 Showtime
If ordered purely by numbers, showtime would appear before the soundcheck, causing confusion.
Ordering Across the 06:00 Mark:
By following these steps and tips, you can ensure that the Time Schedule is accurately set up and easily understandable for the artist and crew.
